WHO IS JANE?

Jane is a self-identified woman or non-binary trauma survivor.

WHY?

There is immense stigma around discussing trauma. We believe plant medicine can be both a bridge and a vessel in challenging that silence.

THE WORK

TIJP 2.0, relaunched in 2021, features the following survivor-centered, accessible programming:

SURVIVORS WITHOUT ACCESS

Dedicated to expanding access for underserved communities, Survivors Without Access (SWA), provides education and facilitates access to discounted physician’s recommendations, donated medicinal cannabis, and other legal psychedelics.

HEALING HAPPY HOUR

Healing Happy Hour (HHH) is a monthly, virtual, free event that brings Janes together to explore a wide spectrum of trauma-informed healing modalities and share stories about their healing with these modalities.

HEALING ARTS

Healing Arts (HEARTs) are quarterly, virtual, free, artist-led community events using creative mediums like drawing, painting, and coloring with a group-led discussion on a healing topic. HEARTs seeks to provide women and non-binary trauma survivors with artistic healing tools for their toolkits.

In 2025 we expanded our Instagram Resources Posts, which focused on monthly, weekly and daily topics,  to bring you Jane’s ToolBox, a digital resource center on the website designed to equip Janes with trauma-aware education, tools, and insight to support them on their healing journeys. Through curated content and partnerships with organizations doing meaningful, organized and work in these areas on a daily basis, we aim to connect our community with aligned spaces of care.

We aim to raise $25,000 from individual donations for resilience-centered programming in 2025!  Your contribution to TIJP ensures resources and programming for Janes confronting, managing, and healing trauma remain accessible and free.
