We’re excited to announce our Fall HEARTS Healing Arts workshop on September 18th, “Creative Healing: Sculpting a Container for Grief & Gratitude” 🎨✨
This season, we’re introducing a new format for our Hearts Healing Arts program, aligning each workshop with the rhythms of the four seasons.
Just as nature goes through cycles of growth and renewal, so do we. HEARTS Healing Arts will draw inspiration from these natural cycles, using a variety of mediums to help you express, connect, heal and grow.
In our upcoming fall workshop, you’ll join a supportive community of Janes to explore your grief and gratitude through the process of sculpting with clay. Clay is a powerful medium for healing—it allows you to work with your hands, grounding your emotions and transforming them into something tangible.
The real benefits of this workshop come from the communal & shared experience of creative expression. HEARTS Healing Arts is a place where we can go to explore our creativity, process emotions and support one another on our healing journeys.
We’re also thrilled to introduce our new HEARTS Healing Arts chair, Crystal Dominguez! Crystal brings her passion for healing through creativity to our community, and we’re excited for you to experience her guidance and support. And that’s not all—during each quarterly workshop, we’ll be holding a special raffle with some amazing prizes! You won’t want to miss out!
HEARTS Healing Arts is a quarterly, free, artist-led program designed for women and non-binary trauma survivors with virtual community events using creative mediums like drawing, painting, and coloring with a group-led discussion on a healing topic. Through creative expression, we provide a safe space for you to explore and heal in a supportive community.
