HHH: Finding Hope: Exploring Suicide Awareness and the Path to Recovery | Virtual

Join us for the September edition of the Healing Happy Hour, where we will focus on the theme “Finding Hope: Exploring Suicide Awareness and the Path to Recovery.” We are honored to have Madeline Levy Cruz, the brave author of “Frog Spider Klonopin,” as our esteemed guest speaker.

Madeline will be sharing her deeply personal journey, recounting her experiences with the passing of her daughter from suicide. With courage and vulnerability, she will take us through the harrowing emotions of depression and suicidal ideology, shedding light on the complexities of grief and healing with a positive purpose.

Madeline will also offer valuable insights into various techniques to channel our energy toward positive avenues during this event. She will discuss how to find the right tools, resources, and support to aid in everyone’s individual mental health journeys. Her guidance will be invaluable for anyone seeking support or wanting to provide assistance to their loved ones who might be going through similar challenges.

It will be a safe space for open and honest conversation, encouraging attendees to engage in a meaningful dialogue surrounding suicide awareness and mental health. Whether you have your own experiences to share or simply want to learn and support others, this event will foster empathy, understanding, and hope.

Please join us for an evening of enlightenment and healing. Together, we can create a supportive community that nurtures mental health and encourages a positive path to recovery. Let’s come together to find hope and support one another.

Note: As the topic of discussion may be emotionally challenging, we want to remind everyone that resources and counseling will be available for those who need additional support after the event. Your mental well-being is essential to us.
