Healing Happy Hour Presents: Embracing Grief in Community

Join us for a heartfelt virtual grief circle facilitated by Jen Venegas, the founder of Abeja Rise and a seasoned grief worker, spiritual activist, horticulturalist, and death doula. Jen advocates for community care and believes in the importance of collective healing, emphasizing that grief is not something to be fixed but to be walked alongside. This compassionate space is designed for individuals navigating loss to gather, share, and find solace together.

During this session, we will begin by setting community guidelines to create a safe and respectful environment for everyone. After a grounding meditation or prayer, participants are invited to share their experiences with grief in a collective, supportive setting. The session will conclude with a closing meditation or care prompts, helping attendees to process and move forward on their healing journey.

This compassionate space is designed for women and non-binary individuals navigating loss to gather, share, and find solace together.
