Jane is any self-identified woman or non-binary person who chooses plant medicine to confront, process, and heal trauma. The stigma around discussing trauma only causes a cycle of re-traumatization and isolation.
We believe cannabis can be both a bridge and a vessel in ending that isolation.
TIJP facilitates spaces for Janes to bring a voice to stories and experiences otherwise left untold. Our personal and collective healing with plant medicine helps to connect us as a community.
TIJP 2.0, relaunched in 2021, is now confronting the many unique barriers faced in the era of legalized cannabis through the following survivor-centered, accessible programming:
Survivor’s Without Access, Compassionate Cannabis Program
MMJANE, Affordable mmj Recommendation
Monthly Healing Happy Hour Events
Quarterly Trauma-Informed Puff & Paint Workshops
This is Jane Project includes intimate gatherings, a nationwide photo-activism campaign, and programming to inform + support women and non-binary survivors.
